Newsletter

Data Processing

The data we collected is used by UriWave Lda. and will not be given to third parties, but can be sent to UriWave Lda. subcontractors for use on its behalf and under its responsibility and supervision to perform the following data processing operations:

  • The processing of the newsletters will be done through the platform MailChimp, The Rocket Science Group, LLC, with thirst on Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America. Your data will be transferred to servers located in the US. This subcontractor respects the EU / US Protection Shield;
  • The data collected through the contact forms on our site will be stored by Olivertek, Lda., with headquarters in Ermesinde – Portugal, on a server located in Portugal;

The user data stored on our servers is always protected by a username and password. Although we make every effort, we can not guarantee the security of information that is transmitted in particular by third-party intrusion (hackers).
